Poole v. Food Lion. State Court of Gwinnett County, Civil Action Number 21-C-01171-S3
Cindy Poole was at the Food Lion store on Martha Berry Boulevard in Rome, Georgia. Ms. Poole was shopping near the produce section inside the store when she slipped and fell. Store employees forgot to put a “wet floor” sign while were mopping the floors. The fall resulted in a myriad of injuries necessitating multiple surgeries. Suit was filed and the case settled for $635,000.00.
