Our client was in her yard with her two dogs, safely inside an electric fence, when her neighbor’s dog entered her property and began fighting with her dogs. When she attempted to separate them, the neighbor’s dog bit her middle and ring fingers on her right hand. Our client, a stenographer who needs the use of her hands for work, had to have surgery on her finger due to the bite. The case was resolved with a settlement of $215,000.00.
