While playing with other children at his apartment complex, our client was bitten on the right arm by a dog known to be aggressive. His mother had previously warned the assistant manager about the dog after it attempted to bite her younger daughter. The case was settled for $135,000.00 during litigation against the apartment complex and an additional $55,000.00 pre-litigation against the dog’s owner.
