Shaquetta was visiting an extended stay hotel in Rome, Georgia when she was attacked by a tenant’s dog. Liability was denied so we sued the owners, PSRome1, LLC, and the property manager, Columbia Hospitality Management. Zagoria Law hired an investigator who found a witness who confirmed both Defendants knew there was a dog on property that had bitten before. The Defendants tried to get the case thrown out by the Court in a motion for summary judgment, but The Honorable Susan E. Edlein denied the motion. The case settled thereafter for $100,000.00
