Our client was bitten by the defendant’s dog while attending a sleepover. We discovered that the defendants were out of town at the time of the incident and their 21-year-old son was delegated to “dog-sit”. The dog had previously bitten one of the Singer’s kids. The case was settled for $110,000.00, pre-suit.
