Attorney Brooks Neely is a partner at the Zagoria Law Firm. Originally from Birmingham, AL, Brooks attended Auburn University, where he earned his B.S. in Health Administration in 2000.
Brooks received his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013, where he worked as Dean Richardson Lynn’s Research Assistant his 3rd year. Brooks specializes in complicated cases involving catastrophic injuries and death, with a strong emphasis on premises liability. Practice areas include car wrecks and tractor trailer collisions, slip/trip and falls, dog bites and negligent security cases.
