Our client was walking home in Norcross when he was attacked by his neighbor’s Pitbull, Rocky. The dog bit into his right arm bicep and left pinky. The neighbor, Roger Cruz Carcamo, initially denied the injury but eventually took our client to the hospital. Concerns arose about potential rabies, requiring a follow-up visit on June 13 and a recommendation to avoid work for 2-3 months due to pain. The case settled for policy limits of $300,000 prior to litigation.
