Mead was bitten on two separate occasions by the Doberman Pinscher named Frankie while sleeping at a friend’s house. Despite the dog owner’s promise to keep the dog contained after the first bite, the dog was not supervised, and a second bite occurred the next day. The incident was settled for the policy limit of $100,000.00.
