Our client was playing with the neighbor’s daughter in their front yard when the neighbor’s German Shepard named “Hussle” attacked him. The gate fence was damaged, which allowed the dog to get out freely. Our client suffered severe injuries to his left thigh, requiring 20 stitches, and has permanent scarring from the attack.
