Bethany Siedman was walking in the street when she was attacked by a dog owned by Mr. Wright. There was a prior aggressive act by the dog, and because of the dog’s attack, the plaintiff suffered severe injuries. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant, alleging that they were liable for the actions of their dog and seeking compensation for their injuries. The case was settled for $200,000.00.
